A wife and mother of two children, she gratuated in Business Economics at the Alma Mater Studiourum - University of Bologna; as a government employee, in January 2012 she chose to downshift to a 60% part time employment, in order to devote more time to what she regards to be more important: her home, her family, her passions and voluntary organizations. She is interested in spiritual paths and shortly after graduating she began studying marketing and web related matters.
In the year 2009, soon after delivering her second-born daughter, she become one of the founding members of Arcipealgo SCEC Emilia Romagna, of which she became President during the spring of 2011, coordinating the activities of regional activists; she has devoted herself to promoting Arcipelago's projects and creating formation and study opportunities, while contributing to some of the national coordination activities and attempting to apply an experimental model to Ferrara, her own city; she is the regional representative in the national coordination committee.
Lisa maintains that Arcipelago SCES and its projects constitute a path of life that demands to embody, starting from one's very self, the change one wishes to obtain. Arcipelago isn't about doing Arcipelago, but rather it is about being Arcipelago.
